https://www.tjdproductions.net My website link. I have some cleaning up to do and some tweaking to do pertaining to my website but this is what it looks like. I haven't updated since 2021/2022. My website is geared to support my photography business. It is an outlet for potential clients to see my portfolio and also view different works and series that I have worked on or currently working on. It's also to help find different ways to get in contact with me to book a session or to even set up a consultation prior to booking.
1. Is it important to include all your work you have done over the years or is it better to focus on the work we've been working on for the past two or three years? Maybe college career?
2. what are the limitations when it comes to creating your own website? or do I not have to limit myself? the more the better?
3. What website is the best source to use when creating a website? Google, Six, Pixieset, etc.
There is no "best" for website providers. It is what works for you. Review the different typoes of sites on the assignement sheet and look at site of photographers you like.
ReplyDeleteMore is not better. You should have only your BEST work on the site. Gear the site to what you need it for. Do not put any weak work on the site
ReplyDeleteYour site is really good! You are right it can be cleaned up but it has a very nice feel to it. I love the start page and your bio page. Lets sit down and go over it is person. ReplyDeleteYou title TJD productions should be first or just bigger…and then one line the pages to click on. They way it is your name gets lost.
I would shorten what TJD productions stands for. Tighten it up and get rid of Hmmm. No rambling. Your categories need to be tightened up. You have categories at the top and then ½ way down you have some more. Put them all at the top. Can some categories be combined? I would rethink your categories and remove some of the work. Only the best! Investment is an odd word. Pricing? Packages? Session packages? Also the images are cropped on that page which does not work for all the photos.
