The first part of the book was very insightful, I learned things a few things that I didn't know. One of those would be the three kind of main categorizations of how you approach photography. I personally see myself in the experimentation phase considering I really don't know what my "thing" is in photography yet. I also realize while reading this part that I don't really have an idol photographer and I feel like its ok and its not lol. The last thing really stood out to me was that I didn't know there was art residency programs at all. And now that I know they exist I kinda want to look into those more. Because personally I'm not a hundred percent how to keep myself involved in art after school.
