For this semester I think I want to try and focus on either one of two things I have narrowed down for the time being, as I do not think I want to continue the same project from last semester. I either want to try and make some sort of commercial portfolio for what I am mainly anticipating on working for when I graduate (with product/food photography), or do something more like what I did with the neighborhood project back in photo 2 as recently I have looked back and I really enjoy some of the images that I took from it. The photos below are to reference my previous project.
I think that work is some of the best I have seen from you. Essentially is is about place. The place does not need to be as narrow as a neighborhood ex. a region such as The South, or a city like Hampton. It could also be narrower ex. a Park, a church. The portfolio idea is good also. If you want to go in this direction I suggest first you research food photography etc and see what these photographers actually do. Find examples.
