I plan to continue my series from last semester. I think the latter half of my images were really intriguing and better in general. This was a result of my idea growing and changing as I the images I took became more representative of something else, which was a more holistic street style. The thing I really want to improve on is making the images meet and match my ideas more specifically and be able to justify the decisions that go into the image and its relation to my idea. And with that in order to be better the image to idea relationship I need to strengthen that idea. I also want to eliminate some of the issues that I had last semester like having images that don't fit with the rest of the images whether it be based on technique or context. I also plan to specify my goals for the images and what I want to get out of each in relation to my overall theme. One of the more simple things I plan to do differently is just create more work. Last semester there were two occasions in which we had work to show to our classmates and I was ill prepared with nothing to show. I want to take advantage of every opportunity to be critiqued on my work.
