I haven't had much time to shoot this week due to personal things and work. So I've been focusing on the content of the box and try to make sure they translate more. For the pandora box, the box that had to do with sickness. Just for a refresher, Pandora opens a box and releases all the sickness into the world. My idea is I want to represent the opposite. My original photo and idea contained Clorox and cleaning items. I went through my medicine cabinet and found these items and was thinking I could use the items photographed below instead. So this I'm going to try shooting that box.
Also for the Medusa Box I was able to find these little figurines. I wasn't able to find snakes yet, but I have plans to go Walmart this week and look for some. As well as Items to create my box for Thor.
Glad to hear your feeling better and have had luck gathering items for the boxes. For the snakes, I wonder if dollar tree or walmart doesn't have them, then maybe party city? They tend to have those little toys for pinatas or birthday gift bags.
ReplyDeleteI might have one snake...will look for it but yes I bet a store will have them in the party section for goodie bags. I think this is coming together much better!!!
